b122ac4b01 improve performance by
* using synchronous bitbang mode
 * handling multi transfers in the jtagkey-driver by combining writes and reads

1dac51954a pass MULTI_TRANSFER to jtagkey_transfer, so it can be optimized there
(which will hopefully increase performance by much)
